Payment

• We accept Visa, MasterCard and laser.
• We do not charge for any goods until they are ready to ship.
• When confirmation of your order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. When we send you an invoice, this will indicate a contract between us.
• We include this term to protect us from any mistakes in pricing, or are no longer able to supply a certain product.
• If a price changes we will contact you to ensure the price is acceptable.

Shipping & Handling costs

A Delivery charge of €8.00 is applied to orders of a value less than €200. For orders over €200 delivery is free to addresses in Ireland. Delivery charges for shipping outside of Ireland will be charged at cost depending on weight. We will confirm the exact cost prior to shipping.
Goods must be signed for in all cases.

Order Cancellation

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order for goods purchased on our website or through our telesales team. To cancel your order you must do so within 7 working days, following the day of delivery. Any cancellations must be made in writing, fax or email.

Goods must be returned in saleable condition and unused. The cost of return is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend you insure any goods being returned. 

Delivery Schedule

We will ship goods within 2 days on receipt of payment.
If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone no.

Tax Charges

21% vat is applied to all goods.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return any unused goods purchased, please do so within 7 days.
We advise you to insure the goods you are returning. Please include a receipt as proof of purchase.
